1. How do I get my items to

We can collect for a tiny fee! (Yes busy Mothers here too.....)

2. Will you accept all  items I give you?

 

Not necessarily. But we give you the option of collecting anything you may want back within 2 weeks or we will happily  deliver to a local charity for you.

3. What if I change my

mind about selling?

 

 

You are able to withdraw items any time up until the point of sale incl. any part payments made.  Just contact us.

4. How long before I see my items listed online?

 

We aim to have items ready for sale online within 7 working days

5. How long are items listed for?

 

Items are for sale at the full marked price for 4 weeks.  If unsold they are then discounted by 25% for a further 2 weeks.  Again if unsold they are discounted a further 25% for another 2 weeks.  Finally, we have a clearance page where items will stay for 1 week before being given to a local charity.  Alternatively you can opt to collect within 2 weeks.  

6. What ID do you require and why?

New government legislation requires us to attain proof from our customers that you are who you say you are.  See Anti Money Laundering on the govt website if you want to know more. We need govt. issued I.D.  e.g. Drivers License, Passport.  We will just take a photo of your original.  We do this at the start of the process when we receive your items.

7. Do you wash or repair

garments?

No.  We don't unfortunately because it just isn't feasible to do.

We don't accept clothing needing obvious repair as there is a pretty limited market for this also.

9. Can you pay me cash for my items?

Yes, once they are sold.

We don't pay cash up front.

We require 48 hours notice so that we can literally go to the bank and get the cash out.  We don't hold cash onsite. Alternatively, you can create an account with us which can sit in credit and can be used to purchase awesome deals for your kids!

10. How do you price the

items?

 

We have developed a rating system that although still subjective, means that each item is judged against the same factors.

1. New with Tags

2. Gentle wear - limited signs

3. Wear to go - some signs but 

    good to go for awhile yet

11. Will you let me know  when my items go on sale?

 

Yes, in that, you receive an email from us to let you know what we will list for you and then you know that happens within 7 days 

12. Can we try things on  before buying?

 

Yes if you really want to.  The sub text is there isn't a lot of room but we can do it!

8. What other details do

you need to collect from    me?

To sell with us we just need to be able to contact you.  So email and/or phone contact is required.  It is also preferable for us to pay you via internet banking, in which case, your bank details.  We will provide you with a small form to complete when we receive your items to cover these details, ID and your signature agreeing to our T&Cs.

13. Will you let me know  when my items have sold?

 

It is the customers responsibility to keep your eye on your items and note when they are sold.

You can contact us to claim your profits allowing 48 hours for payments to clear.  We  prefer internet banking but will pay cash as outlined in FAQ .9.

14. If I want to collect my things how long  have I got?

2 weeks for clothing not being sold through us from the time email is received.

2 weeks from the time the sale closes for unsold items.  After that we will deliver to a local charity. Contact us for pick up details.

15. What if I forget to

collect my money?

We keep your profits for collection for 2 years. (That's quite a long time...).  After that they are considered expired.  Maybe print out the email we send you?

16. Can I collect my

purchases?

Yes perfect!
